Registration Key

The Registration Key is used to synchronize your Fully Involved profile with your Fully Involved Online account. You do not need a registration key to play Fully Involved on your desktop, but you do need a registration key to have your Fully Involved player data uploaded to your Fully Involved Online account. After you complete the Register User process to set up a Fully Involved Online account, a request for a registration key will automatically be sent to the Fully Involved Online administrator and you should receive an email with your registration key within 1-2 business days. If you want to play Fully Involved without setting up a Fully Involved Online account, just leave the Registration Key field blank on the Create Profile – Step 3 screen of the Fully Involved Create Profile process and click Next to complete the profile creation process. You can edit your Fully Involved profile at any time after creating a Fully Involved Online account to enter a Registration Key.

Sending Post Incident Analysis Reports to Fully Involved Online

Once you’ve installed Fully Involved v1.5 on your PC, any Post Incident Analysis reports (PIAs) created by any player on that PC will automatically be uploaded to Fully Involved Online whenever Fully Involved is played and the PC is connected to the internet. Any PIAs created by players who do not have a Fully Involved Online account will be uploaded as “unassigned.” Data from unassigned PIAs is used for aggregate player reports but is not used for individual player or agency reports. If you create a Fully Involved Online account and want your previously unassigned PIAs to be assigned to you, please contact admin@fullyinvolvedonline.com.

Using Reports

  • Sorting – Each report can be sorted by any column. Click on a column heading to sort in ascending order (A-Z). Click on the column heading again to sort in descending order (Z-A).
  • Reporting period – each report represents data for a specific time period. The time period for the report currently displayed is specific on the right side of the black report heading bar on the report screen, and will look similar to Displaying data during 7/1/2009 through 9/30/2009 (91 days)
  • To change the reporting period, enter the start date and end date you want and then click Update in the upper right part of the report. If the report only allows you to specify a start date (for example, for the Most Improved Learning Objectives report), the end date is pre-defined as the current date.
  • Printing – To print a report, set the reporting period you want and sort the report as you want, then click on Create Report in the upper right part of the report. It may take a little time to generate the report, and then you will see a window displaying the report. You can then chose to print by clicking on the printer icon, or export the report to an Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft WORD file.

Most Improved and Least Improved Reports

On the Most Improved and Least Improved reports, Current Rank is for the period starting on the Start Date you specified and ending on the current date. The Prior Rank is for that same number of days ending on the Start Date you entered. For example, if you enter a start date of 7/1/2009 and the current date is 9/30/2009, the Current Rank is for that 91 day period and the Prior Rank is for the prior 91 day period that ended on 7/1/2009.

Strongest Objectives and Weakest Objectives Reports

On the Strongest Objectives and Weakest Objectives reports, the scores reflect performance on the highest level achieved. For instance, if the player has achieved the Medium level but not the Hard level, the Rank and Avg % is for all Medium level games played. If you’re not sure of the highest level achieve you can review the player’s PIA List.

Also, the Rank is derived from all games played in that highest level achieved but may not all be from the same game. For example, if a player achieves the following scores

  Medium Level, Game 1
  Provide appropriate assignment 60%
Maintain authority, accountability, and responsibility at all times 30%

Medium Level, Game 2
  Provide appropriate assignment 50%
Maintain authority, accountability, and responsibility at all times 80%

The Strongest Objectives report will show

Rank Learning Objective Avg %
1 Maintain authority, accountability, and responsibility at all times 80%
2 Provide appropriate assignment 60%
